Jennifer Nicole Johnsen

Hi! I’m Jennifer.
Growing up, I always enjoyed being active. I started off dancing at a young age and eventually got into competitive cheerleading as I got older. During my high school years, I was introduced to the gym and started to become more and more interested in training there.
Soon enough, I was hooked and fitness became a huge part of my life! Of course, I loved the physical benefits I was seeing as a result of my training over the years, but I was also noticing some incredible mental benefits. I loved how I FELT after every workout, and I loved dumping all stress and worries from the day into my workouts.
I did not train with anyone, I taught myself everything, and just like with anything else, the more I stuck with it, the more familiar I became and the better I got at it.
Throughout college, I danced on my school’s dance team and continued to work out in the gym. I went to school at LIM College in New York City to study fashion and business. I graduated with my BBA with a concentration in Fashion Merchandising and went off to work with a luxury women’s clothing brand for four years in their Marketing & PR department. I worked with and met some amazing people along the way, both in and outside of the office, and it was a super exciting time for me, but after a few years of the same ol’ ‘grind’, I felt like it was time for a change both professionally and personally. I felt like my fire was being put out and that I had more to offer to myself and to the world.
After having met my boyfriend, Tom, who was born and raised in New York but had already been living in Las Vegas for years, I decided to take a leap of faith and I eventually made the move as well. I was so glad I did because it brought so many positive things into my life, and it helped me discover what I wanted to do next, which soon became Holistic Lifestyle & Fitness coaching.
I’ve used this journey to help settle myself into a well-balanced lifestyle and learned that my physical health is just as important as my mental health. I designed specific programs that align with this 360-degree approach to a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.

What is BUILT?
BUILT is an online Lifestyle and Fitness Program which provides the necessary building blocks to help you sustain a healthy lifestyle. No short term fixes or temporary results here. I will teach you how to live AND carry out a healthy lifestyle, just the way I was able to do for myself.
